We are thrilled to announce the upcoming Root Causes Fundraising Gala and Research Symposium, centered on the theme: “Cultivating Change: Advancing Health Equity Beyond the Clinic.” This event is a premier opportunity for students, scholars, and community members to showcase impactful work and connect with leaders dedicated to social determinants of health.

Tickets for the Root Causes Gala & Research Symposium may be purchased individually or through a sponsorship package, which includes a set number of seats. A ticket is required for entry to the gala.
Sponsorships and additional donations are optional but deeply appreciated, as they directly support Root Causes programs and our work in the Durham community. If you are unable to attend, you are still welcome to contribute by purchasing a sponsorship or making a donation, with the option to donate any included tickets to support student and community attendance.

SPONSORSHIP / DONOR PACKAGES:
All sponsor levels include tickets as listed. You may choose to use or donate your included seats below.
Platinum – $2000 (table for 10 + gala recognition)
Gold – $1000 (6 seats + gala recognition)
Silver – $500 (4 seats + gala recognition)
Bronze – $250 (2 seats + gala recognition)
OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:
Sponsor a Student Ticket $30 per ticket
